Insignia Collection offers Prepaid and Billed shipping for each order. All Duties, Taxes, and any extra charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in any shipping provided by Insignia Collecction. If the product is damaged or lost in transit, the consignee must a file claim with the carrier. Tracking information is emailed to you, but is also available by checking your account.
